Skyview Farm provides top-quality care for boarded horses, with close attention to feed, health care, and providing a reasonably normal environment for horses. We recognize their inherent nature as free-ranging animals. Our goal is to balance that with the human desire for control, safety, and cleanliness. handle, work with, and ride their boarded horses. Each horse has a comfortable stall, some outside runs are available. There is pasture turnout in same sex groups daily. We have limited dry lot capacity. We will place or remove blankets as needed. All horses are on the same worming and vaccination schedule. Our farrier, Curt Lyons, comes every 2 weeks and as needed. Each horse has a customized diet, evaluated for adequate nutrients based on their size age and activity level. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing pleasant environment for the horse and rider.
